Wowee. January - last day. I did it - I kept faithful to the January commitment of walking most days.
I have walked every day this week for about 30 minutes - sometimes a little more. Monday I rested, I felt really tired and decided to listen to my body and just relax a little. Thursday I walked at the beach as it was too hot to pound the pavement. It was a pleasant change.
February will be a big challenge for me as I am fully back at work now. Not so easy at the end of the day, but I still intend doing it, even if it is five of the seven days.
