Well the end of January today and finishing up a good month. It's been hot but getting out before 8am helps.
Sunday: Rest day and a swim at the beach - very nice!
Monday through Saturday - all walks of 40 - 45 minutes.
Goal of 52 500 steps reached.
I find that sometimes I have to make sure I walk around a bit to make up the steps because a 45 min walk still does not get me the required number of daily steps, so just need to make sure I don't sit too much.
I finished listening to Ten Tiny Breaths by K. A . Tucker this morning - loved this book.
