Whenever I go shopping, I purposely park far away from the doors to get those steps in, and when at the malls, I take the stairs instead of elevators. All those steps really add up at the end of the day!<br /><br />Sugar seems to be quite the hot topic these days. I do try to limit my consumption, but it's hard at times! Plus I love my tea with sugar...can't do without it!!!<br /><br />I'm listening to The House We Grew Up In by Lisa Jewel right now. Haven't read/listened to What Alice Forgot yet but it's on my list. Have you read or listened to her latest - Big Little Lies? It's so good!!!
