Well January passed by rather quickly. I had a very good reading month, and in accordance with my goals read less! I made sure I wasn't rushing through books and although I couldn't keep my review books down in total, at least in coming months I can see a little more control coming ! My aim is to shift some of those books that sit on my shelves already!

You had a good month. I agree, January passed in a flash! I've read a few of DeMaio's novels and enjoyed them. That said, I'm a couple behind. I love that they are set at the shore.
ReplyDeleteNice to know you liked the DeMaio books too Mary, so another reason to get onto them for me!
DeleteAnne Shirley is one of my favorite characters of all time. :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy February!
Isn't she a delight. I so look forward to reading the rest of them and revisiting with her.
DeleteEnjoyed all your posts for January Kathryn, now how did January fly by so quickly? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI know. I just turned the calendar into Feb. Ah!! And of course its going to be a shorter month too.
DeleteBridge of Scarlet Leaves has such a beautiful cover. That counts with me! :) It may not keep me in a book, but it will draw me to it.
ReplyDeleteI like it when you do these month in review posts. It's so neat to see the stats. I'll try one out one of these days.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great month for you, Kathryn.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to your review of The Wicked City...love Beatriz Williams.
ENJOY the rest of this week, and Happy Reading in February.

ReplyDeleteJanuary did pass quickly, I think for me, it was that we had some wonderfully mild days. February may be a bit more wintery for us. Going to keep my eye out for The Bridge of Scarlet Leaves. Looking forward to the Susan Mallery book too.
ReplyDeleteI love Anne of Green Gables! I hope you took the time to check out the miniseries, it's fantastic. Have a happy February!
