Well at the end of the week I am feeling tired but managed some exercise along the way.

Saturday: digging in the garden and lawn mowing
Sunday: rest day
Monday: 30 minute walk
Tuesday: 30 minute walk
Wednesday: 30 minute walk
Thursday: no set time but walked over 11 000 steps in the day
Friday: rest day
I'm feeling that end of the year pressure at the moment so any exercise is good.
Congrats on pushing forward. I need to get back into a routine. I think it will help with the holidays and all of the distractions that come with them.
