Top Book for July

To be honest no book stood out for me this past month. I think this would have been one of the most eagerly anticipated and enjoyed for this month.

August Looking Forward to ...

the publishing of this one, I have it on pre-order, however I most probably will not have space to read it in August but I can anticipate.

These are ones I have for review and they are all anticipatory joys.

E Books Purchased:
I love the Fatal series and hope I have time in August for Fatal Identity. The Summer Bride is a series I have enjoyed and this is the last of the four brides. I have been thinking about trying B. J. Daniels for awhile and Debbie from The Reading Frenzy finally motivated me into buying one in the hope one day I will find space to read it. Just got to keep review books at bay until the end of the year.

  2. Thanks for participating in the Comment Challenge with me this month! I enjoyed many of the reviews you shared. Last Ride to Graceland and I'm Still Here were particularly interesting to me. Have a great August -- it's hard to imagine that meaning winter when it's 90+degrees here, but I hope you will have a lovely spring.

  5. Looks like you had a great month! Pretty much all the books you have listed are ones I want to read. I really want to pick up The Forgotten Room and the new Susan Wiggs. And the Susan Elizabeth Phillips! The J.R. Ward series is really tempting me so I'm glad to see you enjoyed it. Hope August is another great month!

  7. Isn’t it odd how some months we’ll have more than one book stand out to us, and then other months, nothing? A stand-out to me from my reading this month was Warriors Don’t Cry, a book that’s been out for 20 years, but I'd never heard of it until this year. It’s about school segregation in the state of Arkansas in 1957.

  9. It always amazes me how many new authors you pick up every month. It's so easy to stick to the same authors, so I admire that you're always expanding your horizons. Have a wonderful August!

  12. Every month I read your round-up post and think, I'm going to start tracking my stats...then I forget till the next month. You have some great books on your list and a real mix. I wonder about Julian Fellowes. I am the only person on the planet who hasn't watched Downton I think but the book does keep catching my eye.
