Book Blog Walkers. January 31.

This challenge is organised by Felicia over at the Geeky Blogger's Book Blog.

Wowee.  January - last day. I did it - I kept faithful to the January commitment of walking most days.  

I have walked every day this week for about 30 minutes - sometimes a little more.  Monday I rested, I felt really tired and decided to listen to my body and just relax a little.  Thursday I walked at the beach as it was too hot to pound the pavement. It was a pleasant change.

February will be a big challenge for me as I am fully back at work now. Not so easy at the end of the day, but I still intend doing it, even if it is five of the seven days.

  1. Congratulations on your accomplishment. I just started my walking up after a 4 month issue with my back as well as snow covered sidewalks. I am hoping to get outside more in February.

    1. Thanks Nise. I actually have a knee that I am aware might cause me to halt, but I am keeping on. Yes snow I don't experience. Backs are cagey things aren't they! Hope it doesn't persist.
