Sherry Robicheaux loves men. She loves love. And she loves an adventure. So when she meets a mysterious man while working backstage at a country music concert in Vegas, she’s all about what’s happened in Vegas staying there.

Country music superstar Tyler Blue just wants a weekend of anonymity…though there’s something about the spunky waitress with the streaks of purple hair that tempts him like no other. Until the next morning, when they both wake up with fuzzy memories…and rings on their fingers.

Convincing Sherry to maintain the ruse for his public image isn’t the hardest part—it’s reminding himself that their time spent playing husband and wife in her small town of Magnolia Springs can’t last. Tyler’s first love will always be music—and the road is no place for a sweet down home girl.
My thoughts
Married Accidentally on Purpose was an engaging read, a sweet small town romance - that had my interest captured from the beginning.  It is part of a series - I haven't read the previous ones, I probably would have liked it even more, if I had read them, because we meet Sherry's family and friends who have been part of the books before this one.  However I didn't find it held me back from catching up on what was happening.

When Sherry meets Tyler Blue when she is catering a show that he is doing, she doesn't realise who he is.  She isn't in to the kind of music he plays.  However from the time they first set eyes on each other there is chemistry. After a night on the town they wake up - married!  It turns out Tyler's management is rather pleased about that, and want him to stay married.

Sherry is none too pleased when she finds out that she is married and to none less than Tyler Blue. Spending some time together in Sherry's home town, Tyler and Sherry get to know each other, and we the reader come to appreciated the people they are.  Tyler has a wonderful way about him - comes himself from a wonderful down to earth family, has a sick mother and a wonderful way with post it notes.

There are moments in this book that are sexy and fun, without being over the top.  It is full of family, locals and good heart.  At times poignant and bittersweet.  A great romance read.  As I try new authors in this genre, I am continually surprised by the quality writing I find.  It makes me ashamed of sticking for so long to the well known, highly successful ones.  Writers like Rachel Harris show they can write with the best of romance writers.
