Sheila at Book Journey runs It's Monday! What Are You Reading?
The weather has cooled down here a tad which is great, a little easier sleeping at night.
Had a great week of walking and managed to meet my goal steps for the week. As well I shifted and stacked a load of wood for the winter fire - so all adds up. I also pinned some gentle stretching exercises and a video that I intend to add in from this coming week on.

Another enjoyable read in the Sweet Magnolias series
Non fiction - Sport book
Cricket!!
Autobiography

New Zealand Book Giveaway I know the title of this post says author giveaway - but that is not in my power! It's a book giveaway that closes at end of February 10th. (N.Z. time) Open internationally.
Can't wait to see your thoughts on Silver Thaw! Glad to see you enjoyed it. Happy reading this week!
ReplyDeleteI am so looking forward to warm weather but it can be tough when it's TOO hot to sleep comfortably. Glad you coled off some. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThe Susan Mallery book looks like one I'd enjoy. I'd love to be on the beach right now instead of in the middle of winter :)
ReplyDeleteI liked Looking For Me though I read the print version. I did listen to the audio for Saving CeeCee Honeycutt which I loved.
I absolutely love Sherry Thomas's fantasy series for teens but I've never read any of her romance novels. I'll have to give them a try sometime.
It will be my first Sherry Thomas - Bobbi Dumas of Kirkus Reviews says it is a must read so I am looking forward to it.
DeleteLooking for Me has been on my to read pile forever it seems.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weeks selections!

Some interesting reads there! I'm excited about the cooler weather as well (just high 20s here in Qld rather than mid 30s), though someone mentioned we were going to have another hot spell. Sigh. Bring on winter I say!
ReplyDeleteHa! I love the sun, but mid 20s and no humidity is wonderful.
DeleteGood job on reaching your step goals and I like getting jobs done that also count for a great exercise! I like summer when it's mid to high 20's and low humidity, which doesn't happen very often here lol. Yay glad to hear you liked The Girls of Mischief Bay, I'm hoping to get to it next week. Have a great week and happy reading :)
ReplyDeleteSilver Thaw looks really good! And perfect for the weather we are having where I live. :) I am looking forward to some warmer weather ~ glad to hear that your weather cooled off a bit for easier sleeping. I love that right mix of warm and cool that makes for perfect sleep!
ReplyDeleteNice reading lineup...enjoy!

What a great reading week. I am glad that you like the new catherine Anderson. After the last one by her I was not sure if I would read this one but maybe I will try again.
ReplyDeleteViki she is back to doing what she does well with this one, just like her other contemporary series.
DeleteI LOVED Looking for Me....and like the look of Silver Thaw. How great that you are keeping fit...I must do more in this area...sigh.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog.
CONGRATS on your steps. Feels so good when I walk...I did this morning.

Great current reading and upcoming reading. I LOVED Looking For Me...Beth has such wonderful books. I hope you are enjoying it.
