FitReaders Check In

This is being hosted by Jen at That's What I'm Talking About and later on at the Geeky Bloggers Book Blog.  It is a wonderful way to link with others who are making sure exercise is a part of their daily lives - and not just all sitting and reading!

This week I upped my goal just a very small bit. I also am aiming for slightly longer walks on 2 to 3 days a week. That 82 year old has made me move a little more! 

I walked 5 days and the other two days were given over to gardening and lawn mowing. Even cleaned a couple of windows! Arm work out!

  4. Gardening and mowing is tougher than a walk ... good on you!! Window cleaning HA ... when I can't see out of them I'll expend the energy ;)
