Just squeaked in to completing my 48 200 goal this week.  Didn't walk two days and that tells. However one was spent exercising in the garden!

What I read last week:

Early One Morning is a story that starts in WW2 Italy and from one decision in a moment the story spans out.
The Patterson Girls the most recent from Rachael Johns.
Magic Flutes audiobook, a really fun historical romance. Loved the narrator although seems some love her and some hate her interpretation.
Christmas in Mustang Creek a delightful Christmas romance.

I know I read a really good review of Rainy Day Sisters but can't remember where. Anyway here I am, now reading it!  I see many of the Goodreads' friends have marked it to read but haven't read it. A mystery to me!

Up next:

Not too sure, will see what the postie brings!

Posts from the last week:

Reminder for those who join the Month in Review link up, it will be up tomorrow for linking during the coming week.

  1. I exercised out in the yard, did some yard work- and ended up a bit sore! Not as young apparently...

  4. Love that setting for Early One Morning, I hope it's as good as it sounds like it might be. Well done on meeting your step goal and it doesn't matter that you squeaked in, you still met it!

  8. I started tracking steps recently and although I am pretty active, it is amazing how hard it is to get to ten k steps!

  14. I've been trying to exercise more as well. I always feel so much better when I'm exercising but it can be so hard to get in the habit! I've seen Rainy Day Sisters around too and have it on my Goodreads account. I'm not sure where I saw it first either but it looks great! Have a fantastic week!

  18. I must have read the same review of Rainy Day Sisters Kathryn, I wanted to review it but when I checked NetGalley it had disappeared. Keen to see what you think. And of course The Patterson Girls will be up soon. Hey exercise in the garden is just as good as a work out in the gym. Well done being on target.
Have a great week and happy reading :)

  20. I wear my Fitbit because I kind of have to for work. I never hit my step goal though, because I do weight training and stuff like that. I don't stress about it because I know I'm getting excellent workouts in, just like you with your gardening! Weeding always leaves me sore! Enjoy your week!

  21. Good job at completing you fitbit goal. I stopped using my wrist one when I realized it was counting wrist movements as steps. :(
